This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
* BE/BTECH degree or equivalent experience
* At least 5+ years of hands on software development experience
* Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, DB2/IMS, VSAM, CICS.
* Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages Core Java, Spring frameworks, REST API, Cloud, Micro services, AngularJS, Bootstrap, React and other web technologies etc.
* Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement

* Experience with the following development and build tools (or similar): IntelliJ/Eclipse, Maven, BitBucket/Git/Gitflow, JMeter/Pasta/Blazemeter, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, MVC and Spring Cloud
* Experience in Unix Shell Scripts, API Gateways, Apache Kafka, Cassandra, NoSQL
* Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
* Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
* Passionate about building an innovative culture
