* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
* Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines

* 9+ years of experience in Agile software development methodology and practices with full development lifecycle from inception through implementation
* Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes.
* Solid understanding of Object Oriented Analysis/Design methodologies, Design patterns
* Expert-level coding skills with Java and J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot.
* Proficient in micro service architecture
* Experience with messaging and integration frameworks like JMS, MQ, Kafka
* Understanding of cloud technologies, cloud foundry, AWS
* Exposure to UI Development using Node JS, Angular/React JS, Bootstrap, HTML5 and experience with integrating middleware technologies/channels.
* Proficiency in relational databases likes Oracle/SQL Server..
* Hands on with development and test automation tools/frameworks (e.g. Junit, Mockito, Cucumber, Jenkins, CI/CD Pipeline, Maven, GIT, JIRA, sonar etc.)
* Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills
* Ability to quickly ramp up and become productive on new technologies and strategies.
* Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals.
* Strong technical development experience on effectively writing code, code reviews, best practices on configuration management and code refactoring.
* Appreciation of controls and compliance processes for application support
