Credit Risk assesses, permissions, and manages credit and counterparty risks on an industry, client, geographic, and transaction basis. Credit risk is the risk of loss arising from the default of a client or counterparty. Credit exposure arises through underwriting, lending, and trading activities with and for clients and counterparties, as well as from a range of operating services such as cash management and clearing activities.

The Credit Risk function identifies, measures, limits, manages and monitors credit risk across our businesses. The teams are typically aligned by industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, implement, and maintain new solutions to promote the goals of the team to increase productivity across the finance organization
* Have strong analytical and problem solving skills and be able to apply them to a given situation
* Research new technologies and libraries to review possible benefits to the team
* Be highly self-motivated to advance current projects with minimal oversight
* Able to collaborate with both business and technical colleagues to build a solution that fits the client's needs in the most efficient manner
* Translate business needs into technical requirements
* Create executive-level readouts and status updates to be provided to clients and senior management
* Manage projects by tracking and monitoring progress, risks, and issues; be able to report on status and recommend corrective actions to ensure successful project completion

What we look for in strong candidates:
* 10+ years of overall experience
* Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework (such as Django, Flask)
* Experience in Data Wrangling and Analytics using Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib etc.
* Data Handling and visualizing using python libraries
* Write Effective, Scalable, Low Latency, Object Oriented code.
* Test and debug programs.
* Experience in Micro Services
* Strong in code versioning tools, such as GitHub, BitBucket, etc,.
* Experience in building the API services from scratch - Project structuring, setting up environment objects, build reusable components etc,
* Querying relational databases and a strong understanding of data modeling concepts
* Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
* Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
* Leverage analytics to identify data patterns or build analytics
* Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
* Demonstrate an eagerness to learn and tackle difficult challenges
* Excellent multi-tasking, prioritization, and presentation skills
* Knowledge of agile methodologies and SDLC.
* Delivery oriented, conscientious and reliable; strong written and verbal communication
