This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

Responsibilities:

As a member of Sonar engineering team, you will be responsible for development of in-house migration and reporting tools that integrate with SonarQube.

You will be instrumental in designing, implementing and supporting these tools as per the design guidelines mandated by the firm

Coordinating and supporting the Sonar engineering team in understanding user requirements and custom development of plugins, API.

Identification, tracking, escalation and closure of project risks and issues.

Lead internal improvement efforts focusing on improving platform performance.

Qualifications

5+ years of developer experience with proficiency in Java and Groovy.

Experience of AWS architecture and application deployment in cloud.

Experience of designing, creating & consuming REST APIs and documenting using open API specification tools, e.g.: swagger

Unix Shell and/or PowerShell scripting

Working knowledge of Oracle RDBMS

Experience with using Continuous Integration/Delivery frameworks and Jenkins pipelines.

Experience in managing code using Version Control Systems eg: GitHub and BitBucket.

Experience with SonarQube will be a plus.

Working knowledge of Atlassian toolsets for software development (Jira, BitBucket & Confluence)
