As a Training Instructional Designer supporting the AI/ML Annotation organization, youll be responsible for providing training and support to the Analysts, Reviewers and Leads in your region. You are self-motivated, friendly and thrive in ambiguity. Youll be responsible for all training in your region from new hire orientation to special initiatives. Youll analyze quality results, then design and implement innovative learning solutions to help Analysts meet and exceed their goals. Youll oversee a developmental career experience program in the India region to ensure new hires have the fundamental learning necessary to complete their work, while teaching others about the world of learning and development. Youll be part of a larger global learning team who works collaboratively to support the high paced, rapidly changing environment in Annotation. Youll establish clear and effective working relationships and communication channels with internal partners.
