This person will collaborate with various infrastructure teams, data engineering, analysts and operations teams to identify requirements that will derive the creation of smart platform to build and execute data pipelines. The ideal candidate is a self-motived team player with excellent programming, problem solving and interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt and learn quickly, provide results with limited direction, and choose the best possible architectural decisions.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our teams analytics platform.
Enable continued innovation and progress within the platform through research and development.
Build self serve capabilities to the analytics platform.
Manage and visualize the use of the platform by building intelligent telemetry.
Work with data engineering and business stakeholders to define and implement the right data retention and archival.
Collaborate with various infrastructure teams and be an influencer in their decision making.
Have a strong desire to educate others and implements best practices.
Position yourself as a go-to consultative resource and solution expert for Data Engineers and analysts.
Work hand in hand with the DevOps team and develop monitoring and alerting scripts on various data platforms and tools.
