Being part of the HXM (Human Experience Management), you will be working on the localization of Employee Central Time solution and Global Benefits solution. You shall be working on some of the latest cloud software technology stack and be part of the leading-edge software development in people space.

The Role

As a Senior Developer, You will work in a Scrum team with a diverse mix of highly motivated young and mature talents focused on Java and other technologies like HTML5/ SAP UI5, ODATA, and some of the SAP SuccessFactors that offer a quick, reliable and scalable application development experience.

  • You work as a Senior Java developer in an agile development team according to the Scrum methodology.
  • Develop Java and UI5 based technology components that will be deployed on the cloud through hyperscalers and SAP cloud infrastructures.
  • Contribute to development, architecture and concept definition depending on your experience.
  • Take responsibility for design, testing, implementation, maintenance, and customer support.
  • You cooperate closely with colleagues across functions within and outside of your development team to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Role Requirement:

  • At least 7 ~ 10 years of experience in cloud software development with Bachelors/ Masters Degree in one or more of the following fields: information technology, computer science, mathematics, applied sciences, engineering or a related area.
  • Expert level Java coding skills and expertise in Web Services (REST, OData), JPA, JDBC with focus on performance, scalability, and extensibility.
  • Good working knowledge of Spring, Spring-Boot, REST.
  • RDBMS concepts and solid foundation with relational database and SQL.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum, BDD, TDD, software refactoring and other engineering best practices.
  • Knowledge of lean development infrastructure process including Git, Jenkins etc. and exposure to Continuous Delivery practices
