This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
* Proficiency in programming languages: java, spingboot
* Expertise in Messaging technologies like RabbitMQ, Kafka etc.
* Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
* Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals

As a RabbitMQ product engineering lead, you will be fully responsible for end to end engineering and managing the prodcut by leading a small team of high performing developers and SMEs to:

- Design, develop and deploy a API-based, Data Driven control plane that can provision, manage lifecycle of RabbitMQ instances

- Manage RabbitMQ clusters using end to end automation (self-healing micro-services and Data-driven workflows)

- Build and develop servie level telmetry eco system to maintian appripriate SLO/SLAs
